Timelines depend on location readiness and regulatory approvals. Typically, the process-from initial discussion to school launch-can take several months to over a year following a structured and phasewise development roadmap.
In Phase I, the investor should plan to construct approximately 40,000 sq. ft., which is suitable for accommodating around 1,200 students. However, the complete architectural master plan should be prepared at the outset and all necessary approvals from local authorities should be obtained in advance.
Requirements typically include suitable land or infrastructure, investment capability, regulatory readiness, alignment with our academic framework, and a strong commitment to long-term school development.
All the partner schools operate within our defined academic, governance, and performance frameworks, supported by regular audits, leadership mentoring, teacher development programmes, and system reviews.
Yes, existing school owners can adopt the franchise. Aditya Academy will provide comprehensive support to facilitate a smooth transformation from the current brand to the Aditya Academy brand. This includes guidance on rebranding, academic alignment, operational processes, staff training, and implementation of Aditya Academy’s set SOP’s to ensure consistency and quality.
Aditya Academy will provide guidance in seeking the necessary approvals from local authorities related to land and building, as well as assistance with CBSE affiliation, in accordance with applicable norms and regulations. However, all the documentation work and any kind of fee are to be taken care of by the franchisee only.
