Right from the inception of the journey of Aditya Group in 1984, Mr. Bhaskar Aditya lead from the front with his brilliant perception and built up the empire brick by brick under his keen, vigilant eyes. It is for his vision and dynamic leadership that Aditya Group today stands tall and high, serving millions of people in various sectors.

Spanning diverse industries, from marble trading to real estate, healthcare to education, and entertainment, he steered Aditya Group toward resounding success, extending its impact to the most underserved sections of society. His philanthropic initiatives contribute towards the betterment of society that won him many awards and recognition including the Mother Teresa International Award. The award was accepted with reverence by his eldest son, Mr. Anirban Aditya, who now stands as the Chairman of Aditya Group.
